The hotel's location was great, within walking distance to all major attractions and shopping areas. We appreciated the clean room and the decent breakfast spread. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map upon arrival.

The rubbish has not been discarded for threee days. There were no hot foot in the breakfasts.

The hotel is located in a quiet, more residential, area of Florence, but within walking distance to the central city and all of the attractions and shopping it has to offer. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were professional, helpful and eager to please. The buffet breakfast included very fresh and basic selections of cereals, breads, cheese, meats and beverages.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. Alexandra, the breakfast-lady, provided a comfortable and authentic Italian dining experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 20-minute walk from Duomo. The rooms, although small, were clean and provided enough amenities for daily use.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and all the main attractions. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, so we found it peaceful and relaxing. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the added amenities such as heating and air conditioning. The breakfast provided in the morning was delicious and a great way to start our day. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet street. We got a nice, large room, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast adequate and nice staff.

Very nice old fashioned hotel. Large, clean and quiet room. Quiet area. Walking distance from city center. The receptionist at our arrival was very friendly and helpful.

Car parking service extremely expensive: 25 Euro. (We took the risk to stay outside and did not get a ticket ;-) --The service staff at breakfast was extremely unprofessional. Few tables, few guests, but the tables were not cleared in reasonable time, the buffet was not filled up in time, the tea and coffee was not served in reasonable time. -- The receptionist asked for payment of tax in cash at departure, but forgot to ask for credit card. This had to be solved by e-mail.

Location is convenient for transportation; affordable.

Very rude staff. The water from our shower was way too hot. We asked the receptionist to have a look. The guy was extremely impatient and rude and did not help at all. He is definitely the worst hotel staff we have ever met. By the way, the breakfast is terrible, too.

I like the infrastructure of the hotel but a emPloye of the hotel that attended me and my girlfriend at the night we arrived was awful he was unpolite e extremely agressive with us he didn't want to help or understand us because me and my girlfriend we don't speak italian. He realy doesn't know how to work in the turism business

I had a great Christmas experience at this four-star hotel located in a quiet area close to the main sights. the rooms were comfortable, clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. the staff were friendly and polite, ensuring a positive stay.

I would have appreciated a more attentive service from the staff, as they did not seem interested in providing guests with a positive experience. although the hotel was within walking distance of key locations, some aspects of the building felt tired and dated.

Work going on next doors hotel. Only one person on some mornings for breakfast who could not cope well with the rush!Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in rooms.
